We have assisted many of our customers in establishing Risk Management Programs (RMP) that comply with the EPA Rule 40 CFR 68 and Process Safety Management (PSM) Programs that comply with the OSHA PSM Standard 29 CFR 1910.119.

 

Included in the RMP-PSM package is:

  • Emergency Response Program customized to your facility
  • A comprehensive list of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that comply with the requirements of the RMP and PSM.  We write the SOPs with the goal of adding clarity to all the procedures
  • A Mechanical Integrity (MI) Program to develop a practical preventative maintenance program
  • A Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) to create a list of potential risks facing your facility
  • Hazard Assessment containing a worst-case release scenario and an alternative release scenario and the population and environmental impacts of each.
